本チケットは越後剣道フェス2026 翌日1月25日（日）に開催される 特別錬成会の参加チケットです。

■会場 新津第二中学校　体育館

■暫定スケジュール 9:30　開場 10:00　午前の部開始 12:00 終了・昼食 13:00 午後の部開始 16:00 午後の部終了

・駐車場（画像参照）に駐車しましたら、入口（画像参照）よりお進みください。 ・入口に受付がございます。チケットをご提示ください。 ・リストバンドを受け取りましたら、すぐ横の柔剣道場に荷物を置いてください。貴重品は各自にて管理してください。 ・道なりに2階に進みますと大体育館があります。そちらが稽古開場です。 ・フロアは稽古をする方のみでお願いします。 ・引率・保護者・観覧の方は上のギャラリーでお願いいたします。

※チケットは電子チケットとなっております。

※錬成会当日、受付にて電子チケットをご提示ください。引き換えにリストバンドをお渡しします。

※入場、再入場する際はスタッフにリストバンドを提示する必要がございます。くれぐれも紛失・破損・盗難にお気をつけください。なお紛失の際は再発行いたしません。

※送迎による同伴者の入場は可能です。ただし長時間居座る行為、明らかに見学していることがわかった際にはご退場いただく場合がございます。見学をご希望の方もあらかじめチケットをご購入くださいますようお願いいたします。

※錬成会会場は非常に冷えやすくなっておりますので、各自防寒対策をお願いいたします。

※錬成会は1日にわたって開催されますが、お昼ご飯等の飲食物は実行委員会からは提供いたしません。各自外食に出るか、持参するようにお願いいたします。

※お申し込み後の変更・キャンセルはお受けできませんのでご注意ください。

※定員に達し次第、販売終了となります。

※チケットは、正規の販売窓口でお買い求めください。不正売買(転売)及び譲渡行為は固くお断りいたします。

※公演中止・延期の場合を除き、お客様のご事情によるチケットの払い戻し、並びに出演者の変更及びキャンセルに伴うチケットの払い戻しは致しかねますのであらかじめご了承ください。

※貴重品はご自身で管理ください。特にスポーツ大会等を狙った窃盗等が多発しております。ご注意ください。

■錬成会中の撮影・録画に関しましては、個人の振り返り用としての撮影のみ許可いたします。SNS等へのアップロードは固く禁止させていただきます。別途アップロード可能な写真撮影の機会などは当日、運営の指示に従ってください。

■後日、各種SNSでアップロードを確認できた場合は運営より削除申請をさせていただきます。削除に応じていただけない場合は各種機関より正式に手続きをして対応させていただきます。

■近日、稽古動画や大会動画を録画し不当に再生回数を増やす個人・チャンネルが増えておりますので本件に対しては厳正に対処いたします。ご了承くださいませ。

■終演後のサイン・写真撮影について ※終演後のスケジュールに限りがあるため以下を厳守ください。 ※なおサインや個別撮影は時間に限りがありますので確約されるものではありません。ご了承ください。

・撮影に関してはワンショットのみとさせていただきます。2ショットと集合など複数枚の写真撮影はできません。

・サインに関しては1名につき色紙1枚、または1箇所のみです。複数枚出しはできません。（胴の裏とサイン、など2回のサインはできません）

・終演後以外の時間を使ったアプローチは全てお断りさせていただきます。

※If you are not a leader and want to watch, you will be charged a fee for one person. Please be careful.

[Notes on ticket sales]

※Tickets are electronic tickets.

※Please present your electronic ticket at the reception desk on the day of the training party. I will give you a wristband in exchange.

※When entering or re-entering, you must present a wristband to the staff. Please be careful of loss, damage, or theft. In case of loss, it will not be reissued.

※It is possible for companions to enter by pick-up and drop-off. However, if you sit for a long time or find that you are clearly visiting, you may be asked to leave. If you would like to visit, please purchase a ticket in advance.

※The Renseikai venue is very cold, so please take precautions against the cold.

※The training meeting will be held for one day, but the executive committee will not provide food and drink such as lunch. Please go out to eat or bring your own.

※Please note that we cannot accept changes or cancellations after application.

※Sales will end as soon as the capacity is reached.

※Please purchase tickets at the official sales counter. Unauthorized trading (resale) and transfer are strictly prohibited.

※Please note that we cannot refund tickets due to customer circumstances, or refund tickets due to changes or cancellations of performers, except in cases where the performance is canceled or postponed.

[Notes and prohibitions]

■Regarding photography and recording during the Rensei meeting, only shooting is allowed as an individual's review. Uploading to SNS, etc. is strictly prohibited. For photo opportunities that can be uploaded separately, please follow the instructions of the management on the day.

■If the upload can be confirmed on various SNS at a later date, we will apply for deletion from the management. If you do not agree to the deletion, we will take formal procedures from various institutions.

■In the near future, more and more individuals and channels are recording practice videos and tournament videos and unreasonably increasing the number of views, so we will deal with this case strictly. Thank you for your understanding.

■About autographs and photo shoots after the performance

※Please strictly observe the following as the schedule after the end of the performance is limited.

※Signing and individual shooting are limited in time, so it is not guaranteed. Please understand.

・Regarding the shooting, we will only take one shot. Multiple photos such as 2 shots and gatherings are not allowed.

・As for autographs, only one colored paper or one place per person. Multiple sheets cannot be released. ( You can't sign twice, such as the back of the body and the sign)

・We will refuse all approaches that use time other than after the end of the performance.
